Design-Build Phased Improvements to a Four-Story Apartment Building in Seattle's University District
Work at the Renaissance Apartments encompassed phased unit and common area improvements across an occupied, four-story residential building. This design-build project delivered updated MEP systems, full envelope remediation, structural repairs, elevator modernization, and entirely new finishes throughout — transforming both resident homes and shared spaces while the building remained fully operational. JTM self-performed several scopes of work, including rough and finish carpentry, casework, doors and hardware, framing and drywall, and structural work. Meticulous scheduling and coordination ensured minimal disruption to residents throughout construction.
