A New Taqueria and Bar

JTM Construction completed the build-out for Tacolisto, a Mexican-style restaurant on the ground floor of the Fisher Building. This 2,800-square-foot space combines the building's historic character with bold, lively design elements. The restaurant accommodates 110 indoor seats and 25 outdoor patio seats. Original exposed brick and beams were preserved throughout, celebrating the Fisher Building's architectural history. Modern elements including bold colors, patterned tiles, and vibrant artwork were incorporated to complete the space.
