UW MHSC B&D Wing Dental Water

Laboratory water system modifications.

This project included plumbing upgrades for the Dental Clinics in the Magnuson Health Sciences Center B and D Wings. It brought the potable and laboratory water systems up to current code, including installation of new water risers and branch connections to serve all lab fixtures, dental sinks, chairs, and non-laboratory fixtures. In addition, existing acid waste and vent piping were replaced with sanitary piping, which required draining, cleaning, and sanitizing the existing lines for potable use before installing the new sanitary waste and vent systems.
