High-end Condos, Plus Garden-scape Design, Equals an Elegant Addition to Old Bellevue

100 & Main is a unique, premier collection of ten residential units, combining classic luxury with modern architecture. Situated on a corner of Old Bellevue with pedestrian-friendly brick sidewalks, the six-story building will be made up of 31,000 square feet of residential use, 1,785 square feet of ground-level retail, a 1,500 square-foot outdoor plaza, and two levels of underground parking. By self-performing the concrete scope, JTM is able to manage the complexity of the project and offset challenges faced during construction. The building’s exterior features elegant, architectural grade concrete, a triple-pane curtain wall, and bronze paneling. The rooftop amenity space includes a garden and views of Meydenbauer Bay and Bellevue Downtown Park. This cubic structure serves as both a central extension of the neighborhood and an exclusive treasure unique to it.
