By self-performing the concrete scope, JTM will be able to manage the complexity of the project and offset challenges faced during construction. The building’s exterior features elegant, architectural grade concrete, a triple-pane curtain wall, and bronze paneling. The rooftop amenity space includes a garden and views of Meydenbauer Bay and Bellevue Downtown Park. This cubic structure serves as both a central extension of the neighborhood and a treasure unique to it.
